What is Poppy & Fig? 

We are an online gift store that offers a unique selection of baby gifts from our favourite Australian brands. Specialising in simple, convenient, on trend and perfectly styled, gift boxes. We've set the new standard for baby gifting.

How does it work?

Providing you with an easy, gift giving experience, you can choose to shop our single items, shop our seasonal Curated Hampers, or for your own unique and personal gift purchase, you can Build Your Own Hamper.

Why send a gift hamper? 

Everyone loves to celebrate but it’s sometimes hard to think of what to give.

Poppy & Fig is here to help with the ease of a curated gift box and the convenience of it being sent directly to their home or to your own. Sometimes you can’t always be there for that special someone but you can let them know you were thinking of them. We have a selection of gift boxes for all different occasions and milestones. 

Our gift boxes are packed to perfection including carefully sourced, unique and luxurious items. 

What’s so good or different about Poppy & Fig?

We know how hard it can be to choose something special for new mums, so we wanted to create a special curation of our favourite must-haves to take the difficulty out of gifting!

Every item in our store has been very carefully sourced. We find essentials and heirloom pieces to mix and match, helping to create gift hampers that are sure to put a smile on their faces.

How do I know my gift has been sent and/or received? 

Depending on whether you entered your mobile number or email, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation text/email when your parcel has been shipped. You can track your order at this time with the tracking number provided in the email. 

Do you ship single items? 

Yes! We are an e-commerce store. Single items will be wrapped in our custom designed tissue and eco friendly compost mailer bags. 

What if I want to send multiple gift boxes to different addresses? 

The simplest way is for you to create them as seperate orders, with seperate mailing addresses. OR We can send them all to your home and you can give them to your recipients.

When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchasing. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive a tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Sydney, NSW Australia. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

Currently not as this time, due to covid-19 restrictions of international postage weight. 

What is the return policy?

Due to the nature of our products some products will be unable to be returned or exchanged. Please contact info@poppyandfig.com.au via email within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Poppy & Fig. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items.

What if I don’t like an item in a Poppy & Fig curated hamper? Can I change swap or change an item? 

If you don’t like an item in one of our Curated Hampers you can create your own by selecting your own here Build Your Own Hamper.
