Handling Time
All parcels are posted within 2 business days but we endeavour to post within the same day (And we do most of the time!). Delivery times depend on the shipping method but can be as soon as 2-4 business days from the time of order depending on your location and season.
Please consider upgrading to our Express Post service via Australia Post if your gift is time sensitive.
Please note we make no guarantee of delivery times and will not be able to refund the cost of shipping should there be delays.

We also post individual items and baby gifts.
International Deliveries
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this stage.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email confirmation including your tracking number and link. Simply click on the link to track your parcel.
Deliveries to Hospitals
Currently not recommended due to delays.
We only accept shipping via Express Post to hospitals.
We strongly encourage you to confirm the duration of the stay and discharge times as patients may have been discharged before your gift arrives.
Unfortunately we have no control once the parcel is with Australia Post for delivery. Please note we make no guarantee of delivery times and are not responsible for late delivery if the patients were discharged and delivery was attempted.
Please note that we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping for late delivery if the patients were discharged. Any items returned to us that requires redelivery, the redelivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the delivery of the parcel.
Can I redirect my order to a new address after it has been dispatched?
Please check your delivery information carefully. Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over the order and we are unable to guarantee that is can be redirected.
If you have sent your delivery to an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP as we may be able to request to have it redirected or returned to sender.
Most couriers use contactless delivery and have "Authority to Leave". If you have given the incorrect information and the item was left at a wrong address, we might not be able to recover the item. We will try our best to work with the couriers to track down the item however there is no guarantee.
Please note that, we are under no obligation to replace or refund in case the item is lost/damaged due to incorrect information provided.
