Refund policy
Defective / Damaged Items
Each of our parcel is packed with utmost care and we make sure that all our products are in perfect condition before shipping. However, if upon receiving your gift box you find a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will endeavour to replace the damaged item or refund should you prefer.
Exchange / refund
We do not offer refund or exchange of products for
- change of mind
- different size
- personalised items
- goods that have been used / worn or damaged after delivery
Amend / cancellation of orders
We take pride in speedy turnaround and dispatch, so once your order has been placed we cannot guarantee that we can make amendments. Please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate.
- If your parcel is packed and is ready for shipping, a 5% process fee will be payable for any amendments / cancellation.
- If your parcel has been dispatched, no amendments / cancellation can be made. This includes any changes to the delivery address, ordered items, gift card messages, etc.
Please note that we CANNOT amend any personalised items once they've been made. If you'd want the personalised item to be amended once they are made, you will need to purchase a replacement.
